Chikkudu -1/2 kg ,chopped finely
Onion – 1 chopped
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Method To Prepare
1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard when it starts to splatter then add jeers , curry leaves and onion.
2. Saute till onion turns brown then to this add chilli powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder and saute for a min .
3. Then add chopped chikkudu , salt , water and pressure cook it but make sure it does not over cook.
4. Serve hot with rice or roti.
